Total Randomness....

Some Random pictures from the last month....

Before school began, Mia wanted to have a home "Spa day" with Bailey. In her mind she wanted avocado and cucumbers - just like you see on TV. So, here is Mia (not sure if Bailey would want me to post the photos of her, so I will leave it at this :-)

And here is Barbie having a spa day too - problem is the green didn't come her face (luckily it came off Mia's :-)

Bryan and the kids celebrated my birthday by baking me a yummy cake and treating me to great gifts. My friends gave me this book: "How to be a German" - so funny!

On my Birthday, one of my friends (the Mom from one of Mia's best friends) was turning 40. We went to Bamberg that night to celebrate . It was funny, because in all of the time that we have been over here, I have never seen a Russian license plate. Our friends (the one that was celebrating a birthday) are Russian and we happened to see this on the way to their house. Crazy to think that you can just drive there from here!

I smile at this one, because the stereotypes of Russia is Vodka - and yes, there was plenty. They were so hospitable to us at the party though. Such nice people!!!

Loved this photo from Camden on his Birthday!

Totally random - but I had to include this... 6 pounds of carrots and 11 pounds of apples for $4.00!!!! Fresh from nearby towns - oh how I love that Germany is filled with Farms! We get fresh food all year long and it is so inexpensive (this was especially good because of course apples and carrots are in season.

Mia is starting to take Tennis lessons this year. Our new friend hooked us up with a class - she is really excited!

Again, celebrating Cam's birthday! Still having a hard time realizing that he is 14!

Mia in her beloved Bamberg! Oh how she misses it. She asked "who the government is and why they had to close the base there". Then she asked why "Daddy can't just get a German job like all of her friends' Daddy's". Change can be so hard!

And this was the sign on Bailey and Camden's old school in Bamberg (the school and the base are now closed forever...)

This was the next screen on the sign - everybody is sad that it closed :-(
